While most allergens that impact people are found outdoors, the winter season is a bit different considering that the main culprit for causing allergies can be found indoors as most people stay in their homes, workplaces, or other enclosed establishments longer because of the cold weather.

Maintaining Good Oral Health During Allergies

When people think of allergies, they often visualize somebody who is coughing or sneezing unceasingly as depicted in TV shows, advertisements, and movies.

Not many people realize that apart from affecting one's nose and throat, allergies during winter season also affect dental health. One can experience tooth pain, especially if your sinuses are enlarged and put pressure on your upper teeth.
